China Netcom, Alcatel Complete Broadband Network in Beijing

China Netcom and Alcatel have completed their 164 million RMB project to establish a new broadband transmission network in Beijing, allowing the city's broadband users to expand their working capacity 1.5 times the current amount. Also, the new network will be able to provide 300,000 users with broadband service which has a minimum speed of 2Mbps.
